OBJECTIFS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Veiller \u00e0 ce que les objectifs en termes de cr\u00e9dit, qualit\u00e9 du portefeuille,  mobilisation des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts sont remplie et d\u00e9pass\u00e9s par une gestion efficace de la relation avec la client\u00e8le  en vue de la r\u00e9alisation des objectifs financiers d\u00e9finis dans le budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DEVOIRS & RESPONSABILITES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Faire les \u00e9tudes d\u00e9taill\u00e9es des zoning attribu\u00e9s, afin de d\u00e9tecter les entreprises enlist\u00e9es du secteur ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 D\u00e9finir les types de produits bancaires \u00e0 proposer aux agents de ces entreprises ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 D\u00e9marcher de mani\u00e8re agressive les entreprises identifi\u00e9es et maintenir\/am\u00e9liorer la satisfaction des clients \u00e0 travers un service de qualit\u00e9 ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Faire l\u2019analyse des dossiers et suivre leur approbation par le comit\u00e9 de cr\u00e9dit ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Veiller \u00e0 la bonne ex\u00e9cution et au remboursement r\u00e9gulier des cr\u00e9dits consentis ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ranger et classer dans les dossiers de cr\u00e9dits toute information pertinente et ayant un impact mat\u00e9riel sur la vie du cr\u00e9dit ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Proc\u00e9der au renouvellement annuel des dossiers et faire des recommandations sur la vie du dossier ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Suivre toutes les demandes, transactions et ordres du client jusqu\u2019\u00e0 leur d\u00e9nouement dans un d\u00e9lai raisonnable et en informer le client ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 D\u00e9velopper les relations avec les d\u00e9cideurs dans les entreprises;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Pr\u00e9voir des visites r\u00e9guli\u00e8res (\u00e0 d\u00e9finir) \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de la client\u00e8le et faire participer le senior management en cas de besoins ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Faire les comptes rendus r\u00e9guliers de ses visites et entretiens avec le client ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 D\u00e9celer et anticiper les besoins et projets de sa client\u00e8le afin de d\u00e9celer les opportunit\u00e9s ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 G\u00e9rer les r\u00e9clamations client\u00e8les en 48h maximum ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Ex\u00e9cuter toute autre t\u00e2che demand\u00e9e par la hi\u00e9rarchie sup\u00e9rieure dans le cadre de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de son portefeuille client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Bac+3 et minimum 2 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience en qualit\u00e9 de gestionnaire des comptes dans une banque de renom.
