Il est responsable de la planification strat\u00e9gique, de la conception architecturale, du dimensionnement et de l\u2019exploitation des r\u00e9seaux fixe. Il garantit la coh\u00e9rence technique, le respect des normes, l\u2019optimisation des co\u00fbts (CAPEX\/OPEX) et la tenue des d\u00e9lais de d\u00e9ploiement de l\u2019ensemble des projets dans son p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre d\u2019activit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-criteres\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CRITERES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>BAC+5, Ing\u00e9nieur Telecom\/Informatique, r\u00e9seaux ou g\u00e9nie civil ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience au minimum dans la gestion des r\u00e9seaux et t\u00e9l\u00e9communication ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience solide (minimum 5-10 ans) dans la planification et l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie du r\u00e9seaux fixe (FTTx),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expertise dans les outils SIG (Syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;Information G\u00e9ographique) et logiciels de conception de r\u00e9seaux.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aptitudes \u00e0 communiquer ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership et gestion des \u00e9quipes ;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00catre orient\u00e9 r\u00e9sultat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bonne ma\u00eetrise du fran\u00e7ais et de l\u2019anglais (lu \u2013 parl\u00e9 \u2013 \u00e9crit)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div
