CONTEXTE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une opportunit\u00e9 permettant de travailler au sein d\u2019une grande entreprise &nbsp;&nbsp;de la place qui cherche pour son service charroi un Chef de Charroi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le titulaire de ce poste aura pour mission principale de g\u00e9rer le service charroi (le mat\u00e9riel roulant et le personnel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. POSITION ORGANISATIONNELLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le titulaire du poste sera sous la supervision du&nbsp;<strong>Responsable logistique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A. T\u00e2ches et responsabilit\u00e9 li\u00e9es \u00e0 la logistique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Superviser et \u00e9valuer constamment le service charroi\u00a0pour la coordination rationnelle des demandes de v\u00e9hicules et la tenue exhaustive des fiches de pr\u00e9sences, de mouvements et de v\u00e9rifications techniques des v\u00e9hicules\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>V\u00e9rifier que la consommation du carburant de chaque v\u00e9hicule est correcte par rapport aux kilom\u00e9trages enregistr\u00e9s sur sa fiche de mouvement et faire le rapprochement avec la vente du fournisseur du carburant\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contr\u00f4ler les fiches techniques de chaque v\u00e9hicule et veiller \u00e0 l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des entretiens selon le planning et aux r\u00e9parations des pannes signal\u00e9es\u00a0et suivre la validit\u00e9 des permis des chauffeurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suivre la validit\u00e9 des assurances de chaque v\u00e9hicule\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avertir imm\u00e9diatement le Chef de Projet en cas d\u2019incident ou d\u2019accident et proc\u00e9der aux formalit\u00e9s d\u2019usage\u00a0; lui adresser les rapports de tout\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Observer le comportement de chaque chauffeur et demander r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des informations \u00e0 ce sujet aupr\u00e8s des utilisateurs. Tenir un journal \u00e0 cet effet\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les relations de coop\u00e9ration avec les garages et suivre les travaux de r\u00e9paration\u00a0;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>G\u00e9rer les relations de coop\u00e9ration avec le fournisseur du carburant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>B. T\u00e2ches et responsabilit\u00e9s li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mettre en \u0153uvre tout au long du projet les politiques et syst\u00e8mes d\u2019administration de l\u2019organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoir la responsabilit\u00e9 du service de tous les sites supervis\u00e9s. Cela comprend, sans s\u2019y limiter, la surveillance r\u00e9guli\u00e8re des syst\u00e8mes existants, la conception et la mise en \u0153uvre de processus visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer le service et\/ou les syst\u00e8mes en place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019assurer que tous les processus d\u2019information sur papier et informatis\u00e9 sont mise en place et maintenus afin de contr\u00f4ler les performances de la flotte.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assurer dans les d\u00e9tails la pr\u00e9paration, la soumission et la transmission de rapports de qualit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u2019assurer que tous les employ\u00e9s sous sa supervision ont un traitement conforme \u00e0 la l\u00e9gislation en vigueur et \u00e0 la politique du prestataire. Cela comprend, sans s\u2019y limiter, le traitement du personnel nouvellement recrut\u00e9 ou nouvellement affect\u00e9 sur le site supervis\u00e9, et le traitement transfert du personnel entre les sites supervis\u00e9s, le traitement des conges du personnel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9mettre, s\u2019assurer en bon suivi et adresser de fa\u00e7on appropri\u00e9e les demandes d\u2019informations, de mat\u00e9riels et de fourniture du personnel lis \u00e0 disposition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectuer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des inspections de tous les sites, afin de s\u2019assurer que tout le personnel est form\u00e9, que les processus sont place, mise en \u0153uvre, et \u00e0 jour.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordonner avec Fleet manager les Instructions et requ\u00eates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Superviser et surveiller la charge de travail du personnel, d\u00e9finir leurs priorit\u00e9s, assurant ainsi la productivit\u00e9 t\u00e2ches quotidiennes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0\u00a0Surveiller le transport et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s pour tous leurs mouvements en RD Congo. Il s\u2019agit notamment de s\u2019assurer que le personnel respecte le protocole de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de leurs t\u00e2ches pendant leurs d\u00e9placements.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Veiller \u00e0 ce que tous les employ\u00e9s soient bien soutenus et supervis\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement aux niveaux individuel et collectif, et s\u2019assurer que les pr\u00e9occupations administratives sont bien prises en compte afin de maintenir une relation de travail harmonieuse \u00e0 la foi avec les employ\u00e9s et les superviseurs imm\u00e9diats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimiser la fraude et la tromperie en veillant \u00e0 ce que la communication claire et d\u00e9taill\u00e9e soit toujours \u00e9tablie avec le personnel mise \u00e0 disposition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Effectuer et ex\u00e9cuter tous les autres travaux et\/ou instructions et\/ou demande qui peuvent \u00eatre assign\u00e9es de temps \u00e0 autre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4.
