{"id":100404,"date":"2026-08-28T23:22:16","date_gmt":"2026-08-28T21:22:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100404"},"modified":"2026-08-29T04:20:07","modified_gmt":"2026-08-29T02:20:07","slug":"incident-de-makotipoko-brazzaville-et-kinshasa-privilegient-lapaisement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100404","title":{"rendered":"Incident de Makotipoko : Brazzaville et Kinshasa privil\u00e9gient l\u2019apaisement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les autorit\u00e9s de la R\u00e9publique du Congo et de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo ont privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 la voie de l\u2019apaisement apr\u00e8s l\u2019incident survenu dans la nuit du 26 au 27 ao\u00fbt 2026 \u00e0 <strong>Makotipoko<\/strong>, impliquant des patrouilles fluviales des deux pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue des \u00e9changes entre les autorit\u00e9s concern\u00e9es, un communiqu\u00e9 conjoint a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu public ce vendredi \u00e0 Brazzaville par les ministres des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res des deux pays, <strong>Constant Serge Bounda<\/strong> et <strong>Th\u00e9r\u00e8se Kayikwamba Wagner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les discussions ont permis d\u2019aboutir \u00e0 des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour le rapatriement, dans les prochaines heures, des deux ressortissants congolais retenus \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les deux gouvernements ont exprim\u00e9 leurs regrets face \u00e0 cet \u00e9pisode et r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 leur volont\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server les relations de bon voisinage entre Kinshasa et Brazzaville.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fronti\u00e8re fluviale entre les deux Congo : au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019incident, l\u2019urgence d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de pr\u00e9vention<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"680\" height=\"510\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-168.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-100412\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-168.png 680w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-168-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-168-585x439.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 680px) 100vw, 680px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019incident, cette r\u00e9action commune traduit la volont\u00e9 des deux capitales d\u2019\u00e9viter une escalade et de privil\u00e9gier le dialogue, la coordination entre les services concern\u00e9s et le r\u00e8glement pacifique des diff\u00e9rends, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019esprit de coop\u00e9ration voulu par les deux chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019incident survenu ces derniers jours sur la fronti\u00e8re fluviale entre la R\u00e9publique du Congo et la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo m\u00e9rite mieux qu\u2019une simple pol\u00e9mique sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon plusieurs t\u00e9moignages et informations relay\u00e9s en ligne, des \u00e9l\u00e9ments des forces des deux pays auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9s dans un incident dans la zone de Makotimpoko-Yumbi. Deux agents de la R\u00e9publique du Congo auraient notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 conduits \u00e0 Yumbi par les forces congolaises de la RDC. Si les images qui circulent interpellent, les circonstances exactes des faits doivent encore \u00eatre \u00e9tablies par une enqu\u00eate et des communications officielles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169-1024x768.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-100413\" style=\"width:730px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169-1024x768.png 1024w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169-768x576.png 768w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169-585x439.png 585w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/image-169.png 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au-del\u00e0 des responsabilit\u00e9s individuelles, cet \u00e9pisode met en lumi\u00e8re la fragilit\u00e9 de la gestion de la fronti\u00e8re fluviale entre les deux \u00c9tats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le fleuve Congo est \u00e0 la fois une fronti\u00e8re internationale, une voie de navigation, un espace de p\u00eache et un lieu de circulation quotidien pour les populations riveraines. Cette superposition des usages peut favoriser les malentendus lorsque les m\u00e9canismes de coordination entre les forces charg\u00e9es de la surveillance restent insuffisants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019enjeu est donc d\u00e9sormais d\u2019\u00e9viter l\u2019escalade. Kinshasa et Brazzaville doivent \u00e9tablir les faits, d\u00e9terminer les responsabilit\u00e9s et garantir les droits des agents concern\u00e9s, tout en emp\u00eachant que l\u2019incident ne soit transform\u00e9 en confrontation entre les deux opinions publiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette situation devrait surtout servir d\u2019avertissement.
