{"id":100446,"date":"2026-08-30T05:57:31","date_gmt":"2026-08-30T03:57:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100446"},"modified":"2026-08-30T05:57:33","modified_gmt":"2026-08-30T03:57:33","slug":"rdc-presentation-dune-note-sur-la-mise-en-service-du-portail-dinformations-commerciales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100446","title":{"rendered":"RDC\u00a0: pr\u00e9sentation d\u2019une note sur la mise en service du portail d\u2019informations commerciales"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une note d\u2019information portant sur la mise en service du portail d\u2019informations commerciales en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e vendredi au Conseil des ministres, par le ministre du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur, pour permettre aux investisseurs d\u2019acc\u00e9der aux exigences des op\u00e9rations d\u2019importation, selon le compte rendu consult\u00e9 samedi par l\u2019ACP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le ministre du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur, Julien Paluku, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une note d\u2019information \u00e0 deux volets, le premier concernait la mise en service du Portail d\u2019Informations Commerciales de la RDC, qui a pour objectif principal, de permettre aux op\u00e9rateurs \u00e9conomiques et aux investisseurs d\u2019acc\u00e9der d\u2019une mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e aux principales exigences li\u00e9es aux op\u00e9rations d\u2019importation, d\u2019exportation et de transit des marchandises et des services<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-on lu dans le communique du minist\u00e8re du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la source, le ministre du Commerce ext\u00e9rieur a indiqu\u00e9 que le deuxi\u00e8me volet a port\u00e9 sur la mise en \u0153uvre de l\u2019agenda 2063 de l\u2019Union Africaine et l\u2019installation du Bureau-Pays de l\u2019Agence de d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Union Africaine-Nouveau partenariat pour le D\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique- AUDA-NEPAD en RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019implantation du bureau de l\u2019AUDA-NEPAD offre \u00e0 la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo plusieurs avantages strat\u00e9giques, \u00e9conomiques et techniques majeurs, dont la facilitation de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux financements internationaux, aupr\u00e8s de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD) et des bailleurs mondiaux, mais aussi l\u2019attraction d\u2019investisseurs priv\u00e9s internationaux gr\u00e2ce aux garanties institutionnelles de l\u2019Union Africaine<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a rapport\u00e9 le document.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Portail d\u2019Informations Commerciales (PIC) est une plateforme num\u00e9rique con\u00e7ue pour centraliser et diffuser les r\u00e8gles, proc\u00e9dures, documents, frais et r\u00e9glementations li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019importation, \u00e0 l\u2019exportation et au transit des marchandises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En RDC, le prototype de ce portail a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 par des experts nationaux et de l\u2019Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC) afin de fluidifier les \u00e9changes et d\u2019aider les investisseurs.
