{"id":100455,"date":"2026-08-30T21:36:23","date_gmt":"2026-08-30T19:36:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100455"},"modified":"2026-08-30T21:36:26","modified_gmt":"2026-08-30T19:36:26","slug":"rdc-lintersyndicale-appelle-les-enseignants-a-reprendre-les-cours-le-1er-septembre","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=100455","title":{"rendered":"RDC : l\u2019Intersyndicale appelle les enseignants \u00e0 reprendre les cours le 1er septembre"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 quelques jours de la rentr\u00e9e scolaire, l\u2019Intersyndicale des enseignants de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo appelle ses membres \u00e0 reprendre les cours d\u00e8s le 1er septembre 2026, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9valu\u00e9 les engagements pris par le gouvernement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette position intervient \u00e0 l\u2019issue d\u2019une assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale consacr\u00e9e notamment au suivi des engagements pris lors de la deuxi\u00e8me pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re de la Commission interminist\u00e9rielle, tenue du 12 au 14 ao\u00fbt, ainsi qu\u2019aux \u00e9changes avec la ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat charg\u00e9e de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale, <strong>Ra\u00efssa Malu<\/strong>, le 28 ao\u00fbt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par <strong>Godefroid Matondo Nzuzi<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sident et porte-parole de l\u2019Intersyndicale, le gouvernement a notamment promis d\u2019accorder une priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la prise en charge et au paiement des enseignants nouvelles unit\u00e9s (NU) et nouveaux programm\u00e9s (NP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le processus de signature des d\u00e9crets portant statut particulier des enseignants et des inspecteurs se poursuit \u00e9galement. D\u2019apr\u00e8s les engagements communiqu\u00e9s aux syndicats, ces textes devraient \u00eatre sign\u00e9s <strong>d\u2019ici \u00e0 la mi-septembre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Intersyndicale \u00e9voque \u00e9galement la mise en \u0153uvre de la mutuelle de sant\u00e9 des enseignants ainsi que diff\u00e9rentes mesures destin\u00e9es \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer leurs conditions socioprofessionnelles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-des-syndicats-toujours-divises\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des syndicats toujours divis\u00e9s<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9cision intervient toutefois dans un contexte de d\u00e9saccord entre les organisations syndicales. Le <strong>SYECO<\/strong> maintient notamment son appel \u00e0 la non-reprise des cours le 1er septembre, estimant que plusieurs revendications, notamment salariales et li\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9gularisation des NU et NP, restent insatisfaites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La rentr\u00e9e scolaire 2026 s\u2019annonce donc marqu\u00e9e par une divergence de positions au sein du mouvement syndical.
