Les objectifs vis\u00e9s \u00e9taient la dynamisation de la diversification de l\u2019actionnariat, l\u2019institutionnalisation du capital, le renforcement de la profondeur et de la qualit\u00e9 de la base es investisseurs et la valorisation du profil boursier de la banque, en am\u00e9liorant sa visibilit\u00e9, sa lisibilit\u00e9 et sa transparence tout en renfor\u00e7ant son positionnement sur les march\u00e9s financiers r\u00e9gionaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est ainsi que l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e G\u00e9n\u00e9rale Mixte de BBGCI, lors de sa r\u00e9union du 4 mars 2026, avait approuv\u00e9 l\u2019admission \u00e0 la n\u00e9gociation de 10 millions d\u2019actions BBGCI \u00e0 la cote de la BRVM, cons\u00e9cutivement \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de l\u2019Offre Publique de Vente (OPV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diffusion de ces actions dans le public au prix de 6 750 par action, a eu lieu du 20 au 21 juillet 2026, l\u2019op\u00e9ration d\u2019OPV, couronn\u00e9e de succ\u00e8s, ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 cl\u00f4tur\u00e9e par anticipation avec un taux de souscription de 142%. BBGCI a eu \u00e0 mobiliser 67,5 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2025, BBGCI a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4ts de 27,2 milliards en progression de 19% par rapport au 31 d\u00e9cembre 2024. La banque a affich\u00e9 un produit net bancaire de 68 milliards de FCFA, en progression de 15%. Quant \u00e0 son total du bilan, il a enregistr\u00e9 une augmentation de 28% \u00e0 1 427,4 milliards de FCFA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les dirigeants de la BRVM, la proc\u00e9dure d\u2019introduction qui sera pour la premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de cotation est la proc\u00e9dure ordinaire. Autrement dit, le premier cours de n\u00e9gociation sera d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par la confrontation des ordres d\u2019achat et de vente avec un cours de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence fix\u00e9 \u00e0 6 750 FCFA.La r\u00e9alisation de la cotation de BBGCI portera \u00e0 48, le nombre de soci\u00e9t\u00e9s cot\u00e9es \u00e0 la BRVM en 28 ans d\u2019existence.
