Il pr\u00e9voit notamment des peines allant de <strong>5 \u00e0 10 ans d\u2019emprisonnement<\/strong>, assorties d\u2019amendes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des sanctions plus lourdes pourraient \u00eatre pr\u00e9vues lorsque la diffusion s\u2019accompagne notamment de <strong>chantage, d\u2019humiliation ou de harc\u00e8lement<\/strong>, lorsque la victime est mineure ou encore lorsque les contenus sont diffus\u00e9s \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-un-contenu-prive-ne-devient-pas-public\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab Un contenu priv\u00e9 ne devient pas public \u00bb<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 travers cette initiative, Christelle Vuanga entend renforcer la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 les r\u00e9seaux sociaux et les plateformes num\u00e9riques facilitent la circulation rapide des contenus personnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019un des principes mis en avant est qu\u2019un contenu intime transmis dans un cadre priv\u00e9 ne constitue pas pour autant une autorisation de le publier ou de le partager avec d\u2019autres personnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019objectif affich\u00e9 est ainsi de mieux prot\u00e9ger les victimes et de responsabiliser les auteurs et diffuseurs de contenus intimes sans consentement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-une-proposition-pas-encore-une-loi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une proposition, pas encore une loi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il convient toutefois de pr\u00e9ciser que les peines annonc\u00e9es ne sont pas encore applicables.
