{"id":101167,"date":"2026-09-15T19:15:25","date_gmt":"2026-09-15T17:15:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=101167"},"modified":"2026-09-15T19:15:27","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T17:15:27","slug":"rdc-judith-suminwa-depose-un-projet-de-budget-2027-de-57-500-milliards-de-fc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=101167","title":{"rendered":"RDC : Judith Suminwa d\u00e9pose un projet de budget 2027 de 57 500 milliards de FC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Premi\u00e8re ministre Judith Suminwa Tuluka a officiellement d\u00e9pos\u00e9, ce mardi 15 septembre, \u00e0 l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, le Projet de loi de finances pour l\u2019exercice 2027, \u00e9valu\u00e9 \u00e0 57 500 milliards de francs congolais, soit environ 24,8 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quelques heures avant l\u2019ouverture solennelle de la session parlementaire de septembre, la cheffe du Gouvernement a remis le texte au pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale, <strong>Aim\u00e9 Boji Sangara<\/strong>, en pr\u00e9sence de plusieurs membres de l\u2019ex\u00e9cutif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-un-budget-d-action-et-de-souverainete\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un \u00ab budget d\u2019action et de souverainet\u00e9 \u00bb<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme un \u00ab budget d\u2019action et de souverainet\u00e9 \u00bb, le projet de loi de finances entend traduire en actions concr\u00e8tes les engagements du pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi, \u00e0 travers les priorit\u00e9s inscrites dans le programme gouvernemental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Gouvernement devra d\u00e9sormais d\u00e9fendre ses pr\u00e9visions devant les d\u00e9put\u00e9s, avant l\u2019examen et le vote du texte conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure parlementaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-la-reddition-des-comptes-2025-egalement-deposee\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La reddition des comptes 2025 \u00e9galement d\u00e9pos\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Judith Suminwa a \u00e9galement transmis \u00e0 la Chambre basse le Projet de loi portant reddition des comptes de l\u2019exercice 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En r\u00e9ceptionnant les deux textes, Aim\u00e9 Boji Sangara a salu\u00e9 le respect des d\u00e9lais constitutionnels.
