La ministre d\u2019\u00c9tat, ministre des Hydrocarbures, <strong>Acacia Bandubola Mbongo<\/strong>, a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 mercredi 30 septembre 2026 aux responsables des principales soci\u00e9t\u00e9s p\u00e9troli\u00e8res un projet d\u2019arr\u00eat\u00e9 visant \u00e0 renforcer les r\u00e8gles de construction et d\u2019exploitation de ces infrastructures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La r\u00e9union, tenue au cabinet de la ministre, a r\u00e9uni notamment les directeurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de <strong>Cobil, Engen et TotalEnergies RDC<\/strong>. Le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Cobil, <strong>Placide Mutabunga<\/strong>, a notamment d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 la multiplication de stations implant\u00e9es \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 imm\u00e9diate des installations existantes et estim\u00e9 qu\u2019un contr\u00f4le pr\u00e9alable permettrait de mettre fin \u00e0 ces pratiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour <strong>Moussa Konat\u00e9<\/strong>, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d\u2019Engen RDC, une r\u00e9glementation claire doit \u00e9galement garantir des conditions de concurrence \u00e9quitables. Il estime qu\u2019un op\u00e9rateur respectant les normes et investissant dans une infrastructure co\u00fbteuse ne devrait pas \u00eatre plac\u00e9 dans les m\u00eames conditions qu\u2019un concurrent construisant \u00e0 moindre co\u00fbt sans respecter les standards requis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de <strong>TotalEnergies RDC, Cheick Omar Diallo<\/strong>, consid\u00e8re la r\u00e9forme comme un moyen de renforcer simultan\u00e9ment la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique, l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 du secteur et la confiance des investisseurs.
