{"id":101675,"date":"2026-10-04T18:57:47","date_gmt":"2026-10-04T16:57:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=101675"},"modified":"2026-10-04T19:00:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-04T17:00:08","slug":"crise-dans-lest-lonu-exige-le-retrait-des-troupes-rwandaises-et-accelere-la-neutralisation-des-fdlr","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=101675","title":{"rendered":"Crise dans l\u2019Est : l\u2019ONU exige le retrait des troupes rwandaises et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la neutralisation des FDLR"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil a pris note de la lettre transmise le 24 septembre 2026 par le gouvernement congolais concernant le processus de d\u00e9sarmement, d\u00e9mobilisation, rapatriement, r\u00e9int\u00e9gration et r\u00e9installation (DDRRR) des \u00e9l\u00e9ments des FDLR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a \u00e9galement pris acte de l\u2019extension de ce processus \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des groupes affili\u00e9s aux FDLR et appel\u00e9 \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre rapide du protocole afin de parvenir \u00e0 une neutralisation \u00ab effective \u00bb de cette force arm\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La question des FDLR demeure l\u2019un des volets importants des discussions r\u00e9gionales sur la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l\u2019est de la RDC. Lors des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents \u00e9changes au Conseil, plusieurs membres avaient \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de neutraliser ce groupe arm\u00e9, parall\u00e8lement aux obligations impos\u00e9es aux autres acteurs du conflit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-le-rwanda-appele-a-retirer-ses-troupes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Rwanda appel\u00e9 \u00e0 retirer ses troupes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En parall\u00e8le, le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 a renouvel\u00e9 son appel aux Forces de d\u00e9fense du Rwanda (RDF) pour qu\u2019elles cessent tout soutien au M23 et se retirent \u00ab imm\u00e9diatement et sans condition \u00bb du territoire congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette exigence s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre de la r\u00e9solution 2773, qui demande \u00e9galement au M23 de cesser les hostilit\u00e9s et de se retirer des zones sous son contr\u00f4le.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 maintient ainsi une double exigence dans le processus de paix.
