L\u2019ancien vice-pr\u00e9sident de la RDC a affirm\u00e9, lors d\u2019une intervention aux \u00c9tats-Unis, que Joseph Kabila avait pris, au d\u00e9but du conflit, des mesures pour mettre fin \u00e0 ce qu\u2019il qualifiait de \u00ab g\u00e9nocide contre les Banyamulenge \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ruberwa a \u00e9galement d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir rencontr\u00e9 \u00e0 quinze reprises F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi depuis 2019 pour lui demander d\u2019agir face aux massacres qu\u2019il affirme avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 commis contre cette communaut\u00e9, estimant que le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat n\u2019aurait pris aucune mesure \u00e0 ce sujet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-king-lesh-conteste-son-recit\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">King Lesh conteste son r\u00e9cit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"715\" height=\"471\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-12.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-101695\" style=\"width:682px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-12.png 715w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-12-300x198.png 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-12-585x385.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 715px) 100vw, 715px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une r\u00e9action publi\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, l\u2019artiste musicien King Lesh conteste la pr\u00e9sentation de Ruberwa comme un acteur impartial de la paix. Il revient sur son pass\u00e9 au sein du RCD-Goma, dont il fut secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 2000, et rappelle les violences attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 ce mouvement rebelle, notamment \u00e0 Kisangani en 2002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">King Lesh \u00e9tablit \u00e9galement un lien historique entre le RCD-Goma, le CNDP et le M23, tout en pr\u00e9cisant que Ruberwa n\u2019a pas cr\u00e9\u00e9 le M23. Il estime toutefois que l\u2019ancien dirigeant rebelle devrait s\u2019expliquer sur l\u2019h\u00e9ritage politique et militaire de cette p\u00e9riode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019artiste conteste par ailleurs l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019une discrimination institutionnelle visant les populations swahiliphones en RDC. Selon lui, si des actes ou propos discriminatoires existent, ils ne sauraient \u00eatre assimil\u00e9s \u00e0 une politique d\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-le-m23-au-centre-de-la-controverse\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le M23 au centre de la controverse<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">King Lesh reproche enfin \u00e0 Ruberwa de d\u00e9noncer les violences contre les Banyamulenge sans, selon lui, condamner avec la m\u00eame fermet\u00e9 celles attribu\u00e9es au M23.
