La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 S-MART SARL<\/strong>, propri\u00e9taire des supermarch\u00e9s S&K<\/strong>, a formellement d\u00e9menti les informations diffus\u00e9es sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux lui attribuant des liens de propri\u00e9t\u00e9 avec la famille de l\u2019ancien pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, Joseph Kabila<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse dat\u00e9 du 16 octobre 2026<\/strong>, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire de son conseil, Me Rapha\u00ebl Kibuka<\/strong>, a cat\u00e9goriquement rejet\u00e9 ces all\u00e9gations, affirmant n\u2019entretenir aucun lien de propri\u00e9t\u00e9, aucune affiliation ni aucune relation, de quelque nature que ce soit, avec la famille Kabila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des d\u00e9marches judiciaires annonc\u00e9es<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Face \u00e0 la propagation de ces informations, S-MART SARL indique avoir saisi les juridictions et autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes afin que les auteurs des publications incrimin\u00e9es r\u00e9pondent de leurs actes, conform\u00e9ment aux lois en vigueur en RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 affirme \u00e9galement constituer un dossier de preuves en vue d\u2019\u00e9ventuelles poursuites judiciaires. Elle met en garde contre la diffusion et le relais d\u2019informations non v\u00e9rifi\u00e9es susceptibles de porter atteinte \u00e0 sa r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un appel \u00e0 la prudence sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

S-MART SARL rappelle que la libert\u00e9 d\u2019expression ne dispense pas les utilisateurs des r\u00e9seaux sociaux de v\u00e9rifier leurs informations avant de les publier ou de les partager. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 estime que la propagation d\u2019accusations non \u00e9tay\u00e9es peut entra\u00eener des cons\u00e9quences, notamment sur les plans professionnel et judiciaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En attendant que des \u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u00fbment \u00e9tablis viennent \u00e9ventuellement contredire sa position, la direction de S-MART SARL appelle le public \u00e0 faire preuve de discernement et \u00e0 ne pas pr\u00e9senter de simples all\u00e9gations comme des faits av\u00e9r\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par cette mise au point, l\u2019entreprise entend ainsi clarifier sa position sur les informations qui circulent \u00e0 son sujet et annonce vouloir recourir aux voies l\u00e9gales pour d\u00e9fendre ses int\u00e9r\u00eats et pr\u00e9server sa r\u00e9putation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
