Elle reproche au membre du gouvernement de n\u2019avoir pas r\u00e9pondu de mani\u00e8re satisfaisante \u00e0 ses pr\u00e9occupations concernant la gestion de <strong>57 millions de dollars am\u00e9ricains de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement (BAD)<\/strong> destin\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets agricoles en faveur des jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette annonce fait suite \u00e0 la r\u00e9ponse du ministre \u00e0 la question orale avec d\u00e9bat lui adress\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9lue lors de la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du mercredi 21 octobre, tenue dans la salle des congr\u00e8s de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-des-explications-jugees-insuffisantes\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des explications jug\u00e9es insuffisantes<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"853\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-72.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-102093\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.4216806883456057;width:694px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-72.png 853w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-72-300x211.png 300w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-72-768x540.png 768w, https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/image-72-585x411.png 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 853px) 100vw, 853px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au terme des \u00e9changes, Hermione Bolumbe a estim\u00e9 que les r\u00e9ponses de Muhindo Nzangi n\u2019avaient pas permis d\u2019\u00e9claircir l\u2019utilisation des fonds concern\u00e9s ni les r\u00e9alisations financ\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet appui de la BAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a\u00a0<strong>interpell\u00e9 le ministre de l\u2019Agriculture<\/strong>\u00a0sur l\u2019utilisation de\u00a0<strong>29,6 millions USD<\/strong>\u00a0de la Banque africaine de d\u00e9veloppement pour le\u00a0<strong>Projet d\u2019entrepreneuriat des jeunes dans l\u2019agriculture et l\u2019agro-business (PEJAB)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9put\u00e9e affirme \u00e9galement qu\u2019une note \u00e9manant du directeur de cabinet du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat aurait alert\u00e9 le ministre sur un d\u00e9tournement pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de ces fonds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Le ministre n\u2019a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 aucune de mes questions [\u2026] Il y a le directeur de cabinet du chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat qui a fait une note bien avant pour alerter le ministre qu\u2019il y avait d\u00e9tournement de 29 millions de dollars. Il faudrait qu\u2019on arr\u00eate ce fl\u00e9au ; il faudrait que cette h\u00e9morragie s\u2019arr\u00eate \u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue du d\u00e9bat.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces accusations restent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir et ne constituent pas, \u00e0 elles seules, la preuve d\u2019un d\u00e9tournement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-une-motion-annoncee-pour-le-lendemain\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Une motion annonc\u00e9e pour le lendemain<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Insatisfaite des explications fournies, Hermione Bolumbe entend d\u00e9sormais engager une proc\u00e9dure parlementaire contre le ministre.
