Elle marque le lancement des activit\u00e9s de ce m\u00e9canisme institu\u00e9 dans le cadre du partenariat strat\u00e9gique entre Kinshasa et Washington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-un-calendrier-de-travail-jusqu-en-avril-2027\" class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un calendrier de travail jusqu\u2019en avril 2027<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pr\u00e9vu par l\u2019accord de partenariat strat\u00e9gique sign\u00e9 le 4 d\u00e9cembre 2025, le comit\u00e9 a pour mission de faire avancer les travaux pr\u00e9paratoires n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019Inga 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 l\u2019issue de cette premi\u00e8re r\u00e9union, les deux d\u00e9l\u00e9gations ont convenu de mettre en place un groupe technique charg\u00e9 d\u2019approfondir les dossiers en suspens. Il ambitionne de soutenir le d\u00e9veloppement industriel, de favoriser la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois et de contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie de la population.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La structuration d\u2019Inga 3 constitue donc une \u00e9tape importante dans la pr\u00e9paration de ce programme.
