\u00c0 Kinshasa, l\u2019affaire Manass\u00e9 Lomboto<\/strong>, militant de l\u2019opposition d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 dans des circonstances contest\u00e9es, continue d\u2019alimenter les tensions politiques. Interpell\u00e9 mardi 3 novembre au Conseil national de cyberd\u00e9fense (CNC), Adrien Malenga<\/strong>, secr\u00e9taire national charg\u00e9 de la communication de l\u2019ECiD\u00e9, a regagn\u00e9 son domicile apr\u00e8s plusieurs heures pass\u00e9es dans les locaux de cette institution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette \u00e9volution a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e par son parti, qui promet de revenir sur les circonstances et les motifs de cette interpellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Plusieurs heures au CNC<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Selon l\u2019ECiD\u00e9, Adrien Malenga avait re\u00e7u une convocation lundi 2 novembre pour ce qui lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme une s\u00e9ance de travail. Il s\u2019est rendu au CNC le lendemain, accompagn\u00e9 de ses avocats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019apr\u00e8s les informations relay\u00e9es par sa formation politique, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 conduit vers une destination inconnue peu apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e, tandis que ses conseils auraient \u00e9t\u00e9 invit\u00e9s \u00e0 quitter les lieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le secr\u00e9taire national charg\u00e9 de la communication a finalement retrouv\u00e9 son domicile apr\u00e8s plusieurs heures d\u2019interpellation. Les circonstances pr\u00e9cises de cette d\u00e9marche n\u2019ont pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement d\u00e9taill\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019ECiD\u00e9 annonce une prochaine communication<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Le secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019ECiD\u00e9, parti de l\u2019opposant Martin Fayulu<\/strong>, a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il d\u00e9voilerait ult\u00e9rieurement les circonstances ainsi que les motifs ayant conduit \u00e0 l\u2019interpellation d\u2019Adrien Malenga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cette prochaine communication est attendue alors que l\u2019opposition s\u2019interroge sur la succession des interpellations de ses responsables dans le contexte de l\u2019affaire Manass\u00e9 Lomboto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prince Epenge transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 Makala<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019interpellation d\u2019Adrien Malenga intervient au lendemain du transf\u00e8rement de l\u2019opposant Prince Epenge<\/strong> \u00e0 la prison centrale de Makala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il lui est reproch\u00e9 d\u2019avoir propag\u00e9 de fausses informations concernant le d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Manass\u00e9 Lomboto, militant qui assurait sa garde rapproch\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au sein de la Coalition Article 64 (C64)<\/strong>, ces \u00e9v\u00e9nements sont per\u00e7us par des responsables de l\u2019opposition comme une tentative de r\u00e9duire leurs voix au silence et d\u2019entraver les d\u00e9marches li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019affaire Lomboto. Ces accusations restent celles de l\u2019opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La d\u00e9claration de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi contest\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Les tensions se sont \u00e9galement accentu\u00e9es apr\u00e8s une d\u00e9claration du pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi<\/strong> lors de son r\u00e9cent s\u00e9jour \u00e0 Moscou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Devant la diaspora congolaise, le chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat aurait affirm\u00e9 que Manass\u00e9 Lomboto \u00e9tait d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 de mort naturelle. Cette version diverge de celle d\u00e9fendue par des acteurs de l\u2019opposition, qui contestent les circonstances du d\u00e9c\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des responsables de l\u2019opposition estiment que cette d\u00e9claration pourrait peser sur la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 de la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire, alors que l\u2019affaire demeure pendante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Comment les magistrats pourraient-ils instruire sereinement une affaire dont la cause du d\u00e9c\u00e8s a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e au sommet de l\u2019\u00c9tat ? \u00bb, s\u2019interroge un cadre de l\u2019opposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une affaire au c\u0153ur des tensions politiques<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Entre le transf\u00e8rement de Prince Epenge \u00e0 Makala, l\u2019interpellation d\u2019Adrien Malenga et les d\u00e9clarations autour des circonstances du d\u00e9c\u00e8s de Manass\u00e9 Lomboto, le dossier continue de nourrir les tensions \u00e0 Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le retour d\u2019Adrien Malenga \u00e0 son domicile constitue une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans cette affaire. L\u2019ECiD\u00e9 promet d\u00e9sormais d\u2019apporter des pr\u00e9cisions sur les raisons de son interpellation, tandis que l\u2019opposition r\u00e9clame davantage de transparence sur l\u2019ensemble du dossier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
