Jugeant que ses actes rel\u00e8vent des lois f\u00e9d\u00e9rales sur le \u00ab\u00a0terrorisme\u00a0\u00bb, les procureurs avaient ensuite r\u00e9clam\u00e9 une peine s\u00e9v\u00e8re de quinze ans de r\u00e9clusion. Ses avocats plaidaient pour deux ans de prison, soulignant qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas entr\u00e9 dans le Capitole et n&rsquo;avait pas commis de violence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La juge Dabney Friedrich a retenu une sentence interm\u00e9diaire de sept ans et trois mois de prison.
