Mais pas celui o\u00f9 on l&rsquo;attendait. Ce jeudi apr\u00e8s-midi, le navire battant pavillon sierra-l\u00e9onais qui avait inaugur\u00e9 la reprise des exportations de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales ukrainiennes en vertu d\u2019un accord entre Kiev et Moscou, est arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 quai dans le port de Mersin. Voil\u00e0 deux jours qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait ancr\u00e9 au large de cette ville du sud de la Turquie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bateau devait initialement d\u00e9charger \u00e0 Tripoli, au Liban. Mais le destinataire, un acheteur priv\u00e9&nbsp;dont l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9voil\u00e9e, avait annul\u00e9 la commande en raison du retard de la livraison \u2013 cinq mois, \u00e0 cause de la guerre \u2013 qui pouvait avoir alt\u00e9r\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 de la marchandise. Une partie de la cargaison&nbsp;a finalement trouv\u00e9 en Turquie un nouvel acheteur, dont l\u2019identit\u00e9 reste, elle aussi, inconnue. Des informations confirm\u00e9es par une porte-parole des Nations unies au sein du Centre de coordination conjointe bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Istanbul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon un agent maritime de Mersin, le\u00a0<em>Razoni<\/em>\u00a0doit d\u00e9charger sur place 1\u00a0500 tonnes de ma\u00efs sur les plus de 26\u00a0000 tonnes qu\u2019il contient, avant de poursuivre son voyage vers l\u2019\u00c9gypte. En tout, douze bateaux ont jusqu\u2019ici pu quitter l\u2019Ukraine gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019accord sur les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales.
