Les 6 d\u00e9tenus qui \u00e9taient dans le cachot ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9s du lieu d\u2019incident puis&nbsp; achemin\u00e9s cette m\u00eame nuit dans un autre cachot.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un incendie d\u2019origine \u00e9lectrique s\u2019est d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la nuit du Jeudi \u00e0 ce Vendredi 19 Ao\u00fbt 2022 au bureau de la police nationale congolaise district d\u2019O\u00efcha, en territoire de Beni au Nord Kivu.&nbsp;Le bourgmestre de la commune d\u2019O\u00efcha, Mr Nicolas Kambale Kikuku qui confirme la nouvelle soutient que cet incendie serait d\u2019origine \u00e9lectrique partant du premier constant sur le lieu d\u2019incident. Il dresse provisoirement un bilan d\u2019un bureau administratif, le cachot ainsi que le d\u00e9p\u00f4t destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la logistique partis en fum\u00e9e. Kikuku Nicolas pr\u00e9cise que les 6 d\u00e9tenus qui \u00e9taient dans le cachot de la police ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retir\u00e9s du lieu d\u2019incident puis&nbsp; achemin\u00e9s cette m\u00eame nuit dans un autre cachot sur place O\u00efcha.&nbsp; Le premier citoyen d\u2019O\u00efcha &nbsp;regrette cependant que cet incendie ayant caus\u00e9 d\u2019importants d\u00e9g\u00e2ts mat\u00e9riels survient&nbsp; quelques jours apr\u00e8s que la PNC \/ O\u00efcha ait enregistr\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9normes pertes en vies humaines et mat\u00e9riels lors des fortes tensions v\u00e9cues derni\u00e8rement en ville de Butembo, d\u2019o\u00f9 deux de ses jeeps avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 incendi\u00e9es et ses deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments tu\u00e9s par les pr\u00e9sum\u00e9s miliciens ma\u00ef-ma\u00ef\/Baraka \u00e0 hauteur de la barri\u00e8re de Butembo-Kangothe<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Venatche Ndaliko<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>La Cloche RDC via CONGO PUB Online<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 337<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00ab&nbsp;Le bourgmestre de la commune d\u2019O\u00efcha qui confirme la nouvelle soutient que le bureau administratif, le cachot ainsi que le d\u00e9p\u00f4t destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la logistique sont partis en fum\u00e9e.
