Le gazoduc qui relie directement les champs sib\u00e9riens au nord de l&rsquo;Allemagne est officiellement en maintenance. Mais, ce nouvel arr\u00eat de l&rsquo;approvisionnement accro\u00eet encore un peu la d\u00e9fiance entre Moscou et les Occidentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est une nouvelle manche dans la partie de bras de fer engag\u00e9 autour de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie. Depuis ce mercredi matin, la Russie a interrompu&nbsp;la fourniture de gaz naturel \u00e0 l&rsquo;Europe&nbsp;<em>via<\/em>&nbsp;le gazoduc Nord Stream 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gazoduc est officiellement arr\u00eat\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 samedi 1h00 TU pour des travaux de maintenance. Gazprom l&rsquo;assure : ces travaux de maintenance doivent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s \u00ab\u00a0<em>toutes les 1 000 heures<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. \u00a0Un argument qui peine \u00e0 convaincre \u00e0 Berlin. Le patron de l&rsquo;agence allemande des r\u00e9seaux\u00a0estime que cette op\u00e9ration est \u00ab<em>\u00a0incompr\u00e9hensible sur le plan technique<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb. Et d&rsquo;observer :\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0<em>La Russie prend une d\u00e9cision politique apr\u00e8s chaque soi-disant maintenance.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Incertitude<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;incertitude est d&rsquo;autant plus grande \u00e0 Lubmin, sur le port de la mer Baltique o\u00f9 aboutit le gazoduc,&nbsp;que cette fois-ci,&nbsp;contrairement aux travaux du mois de juillet,&nbsp;cette op\u00e9ration n&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas pr\u00e9vue de longue date.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Or, Dmitri Peskov, le porte-parole du gouvernement russe, soutient que les sanctions contre Moscou \u00ab<em>&nbsp;ne permettent pas d&rsquo;effectuer des travaux normaux d&rsquo;entretien et de r\u00e9paration&nbsp;<\/em>\u00bb,&nbsp;et en juillet, \u00e0 l&rsquo;issue de la maintenance, le robinet n&rsquo;avait \u00e9t\u00e9 rouvert qu&rsquo;avec un d\u00e9bit limit\u00e9 : 20% de la capacit\u00e9 normale de Nord Stream.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour autant, les autorit\u00e9s allemandes se veulent un peu plus rassurantes pour l&rsquo;approvisionnement \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de cet hiver.
