Le Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique y a r\u00e9it\u00e9r\u00e9 sa requ\u00eate pour le respect du pacte de Glasgow, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire des engagements pris par les pays pollueurs face aux changement climatiques et d\u2019autres crises qui impactent n\u00e9gativement le d\u00e9veloppement du Continent. La covid 19 ainsi que les effets collat\u00e9raux de la guerre en Ukraine.<br>La RDC, co-organisatrice du sommet sur l\u2019adaptation en Afrique se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 recevoir le monde pour aborder ces questions. Se positionnant comme pays leader et solution, vu sa biodiversit\u00e9 et sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019absorption des gaz \u00e0 effets de serre, la RDC, en passe de devenir le premier poumon du monde, gr\u00e2ce notamment au bassin du Congo, veut surtout recevoir sa part des dividendes en termes des cr\u00e9dits carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019Afrique a besoin de 36 milliards par an pour faire face aux impacts n\u00e9gatifs actuels du changement climatique. Elle n\u2019en per\u00e7oit que 6 milliards.
