Un colonel de l\u2019arm\u00e9e qui empoisonne un g\u00e9n\u00e9ral au point de lui donner la mort, c\u2019est l\u2019affaire terrible que la justice militaire de la RDC va devoir trancher.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Affect\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re dans le Nord-Kivu, le G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tshinkobo Ghislain ( en photo de couverture) ne commande plus la 34e r\u00e9gion militaire. Selon les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments de l\u2019enqu\u00eate criminelle ouverte par la Cour Militaire du Nord- Kivu, il est mort assassin\u00e9. Par qui ? Par un subalterne, en l\u2019occurrence le Colonel Kahombo Rambo Augustin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019auditeur militaire sup\u00e9rieur pr\u00e8s la Cour militaire du Nord-Kivu, le colonel Bitongano Jeannot cite nomm\u00e9ment le colonel Kahombo Rambo Augustin, chef du bataillon du quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la 34e r\u00e9gion militaire, comme \u00e9tant l\u2019auteur de la mort du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tshinkobo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Je mets \u00e0 votre disposition pour la poursuite de la proc\u00e9dure judiciaire, l\u2019inculp\u00e9 colonel Kahombo Rambo Augustin, matricule 179962717647. L\u2019inculp\u00e9 est poursuivi pour empoisonnement du feu g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade Tshinkobo Mulamba Ghislain en date du 13 ao\u00fbt et le feu g\u00e9n\u00e9ral est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 en date du 16 ao\u00fbt suite au poison \u00bb,&nbsp;<\/em>accuse la justice militaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces accusations sont cons\u00e9cutives aux r\u00e9sultats d\u2019une autopsie pratiqu\u00e9e sur le corps g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tshinkobo. Ces r\u00e9sultats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rendus publics le 10 septembre 2022. Le docteur Alumeti Munyalu D\u00e9sir\u00e9, m\u00e9decin l\u00e9giste et directeur du centre de m\u00e9decine l\u00e9gale \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 officielle de Bukavu, conclut que le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de brigade a effectivement \u00e9t\u00e9 empoissonn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab De tout ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tshinkobo Ghislain est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d\u2019empoisonnement aux ph\u00e9nothiazines, produits reconnus tr\u00e8s toxiques ayant entra\u00een\u00e9s une br\u00fblure de son estomac \u00bb<\/em>, contient le certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s du disparu. Le g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Tshinkobo Mulamba Ghislain est d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 moins d\u2019un an et demi apr\u00e8s son arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la 34e r\u00e9gion militaire. Pourquoi a-t-il \u00e9t\u00e9 empoisonn\u00e9 ?
