{"id":14583,"date":"2022-09-27T14:00:39","date_gmt":"2022-09-27T12:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=14583"},"modified":"2022-10-04T10:21:09","modified_gmt":"2022-10-04T08:21:09","slug":"le-dypro-porte-plainte-contre-le-president-rwandais-paul-kagame-a-la-cpi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=14583","title":{"rendered":"Le DYPRO porte plainte contre le pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame \u00e0 la CPI"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le regroupement politique Dynamique Progressiste R\u00e9volutionnaire (DYPRO) via son pr\u00e9sident, annonce avoir d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une plainte contre l&rsquo;actuel pr\u00e9sident rwandais Paul Kagame \u00e0 la cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kagame est accus\u00e9 pour crime contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 et crimes d&rsquo;agression par ses militaires en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment dans les provinces du Nord-Kivu, Sud-Kivu et Tshopo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0Les troupes Rwandaises, sous l&rsquo;instigation de Mr Paul Kagame, ont commis et continuent de commettre de crimes graves dans la partie Est de la RDC. En vertu de l&rsquo;article 13 du statut de Rome, la Cour peut \u00eatre saisie par un \u00c9tat partie, le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le procureur, d\u00e8s lors que ce dernier a diligent\u00e9, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l&rsquo;article 15 du m\u00eame statut, une enqu\u00eate sur les crimes en cause.
