{"id":14887,"date":"2022-09-30T11:13:09","date_gmt":"2022-09-30T09:13:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=14887"},"modified":"2022-10-04T10:30:37","modified_gmt":"2022-10-04T08:30:37","slug":"modeste-bahati-interpelle-les-senateurs-sur-labsenteisme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=14887","title":{"rendered":"Modeste Bahati interpelle les s\u00e9nateurs sur l\u2019absent\u00e9isme"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le pr\u00e9sident du Senat, Modeste Bahati Lukwebo a lanc\u00e9, jeudi 29 septembre, une mise en garde contre les s\u00e9nateurs absent\u00e9istes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il l\u2019a fait au cours d&rsquo;une pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re tenue au Palais du peuple, \u00e0 Kinshasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Modeste Bahati a rappel\u00e9 que les absent\u00e9istes courent le risque d\u2019\u00eatre invalid\u00e9 conform\u00e9ment au r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur de la chambre haute du Parlement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e8glement int\u00e9rieur du Senat stipule qu\u2019un s\u00e9nateur qui accumule sans justification plus d\u2019un quart d&rsquo;absences au cours d\u2019une session verra son mandat \u00eatre invalid\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l\u2019occasion, il a invit\u00e9 tous les s\u00e9nateurs \u00e0 travailler avec assiduit\u00e9 proportionnellement \u00e0 leurs \u00e9moluments.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors de cette&nbsp;pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re, le S\u00e9nat a \u00e9galement adopt\u00e9 son calendrier de la session parlementaire de septembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce calendrier compte au total 14 mati\u00e8res, parmi lesquelles 10 nouvelles et 4 arri\u00e9r\u00e9s l\u00e9gislatifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outre l\u2019examen de la loi des finances 2023, le contr\u00f4le parlementaire sera \u00e9galement au rendez-vous tout au long de cette session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le rapporteur-adjoint du Senat, Nathalie Bula Nsung, l&rsquo;objectif de ce contr\u00f4le est de rendre le travail du S\u00e9nat efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Radio Okapi via CONGO PUB Online<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 385<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du Senat, Modeste Bahati Lukwebo a lanc\u00e9, jeudi 29 septembre, une mise en garde contre les s\u00e9nateurs absent\u00e9istes.
