Ce r\u00e9quisitoire a \u00e9t\u00e9 prononc\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019audience publique tenue au Tribunal de paix de Kinshasa-Matete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Christine Kasongo est accus\u00e9e de quatre pr\u00e9ventions \u00e0 sa charge, \u00e0 savoir : la fausse d\u00e9tresse, la d\u00e9nonciation calomnieuse, l\u2019imputation dommageable et l\u2019injure publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son r\u00e9quisitoire, le minist\u00e8re public n\u2019a retenu que l\u2019imputation dommageable pr\u00e9cisant que l\u2019accusateur n\u2019a pas prouv\u00e9 la fausset\u00e9 de la d\u00e9tresse et autres faits.
