Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 auditionn\u00e9 mardi 4 octobre au Parquet pr\u00e8s la Cour d\u2019appel de Kinshasa-Gombe. L\u2019un de ses accusateurs annonce, ce vendredi 7 octobre, un arrangement \u00e0 l\u2019amiable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9 national, Jean-Bertrand Ewanga qui fait partie des hommes qui ont port\u00e9 plainte contre l\u2019ancien administrateur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l\u2019Agence nationale de renseignements (ANR), notamment pour tortures, dit avoir pardonn\u00e9 son ancien \u00ab bourreau \u00bb. \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai \u00e9chang\u00e9 au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone avec mon ancien bourreau pr\u00e9sentement \u00e0 Kinshasa\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 Top Congo, avant de poursuivre : \u00ab\u00a0J\u2019ai beaucoup aim\u00e9 son humilit\u00e9 en sollicitant son pardon en J\u00e9sus Christ\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jean-Bertrand Ewanga pense que cet arrangement devait cl\u00f4turer le dossier ouvert en justice contre l\u2019ancien AG, Kalev Mutond. \u00ab\u00a0Le dossier doit \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme d\u00e9finitivement class\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9. Jean-Bertrand Ewanga et le pr\u00e9sident de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile Christopher Mutamba ainsi que l\u2019ancien b\u00e2tonnier Jean-Claude Muyambo avaient port\u00e9 plainte chacun contre Kalev Mutond, l\u2019accusant notamment d\u2019\u00eatre responsable de leurs \u00ab\u00a0conditions inhumaines\u00a0\u00bb lors de leur arrestation et d\u00e9tention \u00e0 l\u2019ANR.
