Il pr\u00e9cise que, pour obtenir cet espace, ces Ougandais ont d\u00e9plac\u00e9 le lit de la rivi\u00e8re Libiriha situ\u00e9e entre la RDC et l\u2019Ouganda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il dit avoir fait rapport \u00e0 sa hi\u00e9rarchie pour cette cause, avant de d\u00e9noncer ce comportement des voisins Ougandais.
