{"id":16636,"date":"2022-10-24T12:08:42","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T10:08:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=16636"},"modified":"2022-10-27T18:58:02","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T16:58:02","slug":"la-ceni-lance-la-campagne-de-sensibilisation-a-lidentification-des-electeurs","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=16636","title":{"rendered":"La CENI lance la campagne de sensibilisation \u00e0 l\u2019identification des \u00e9lecteurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La Commission \u00e9lectorale nationale ind\u00e9pendante(CENI) a lanc\u00e9, vendredi 21 octobre, la campagne de sensibilisation \u00e0 l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration d&rsquo;identification et d&rsquo;enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs.\u00a0 Cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence des repr\u00e9sentants de deux chambres du Parlement, du corps diplomatique, des m\u00e9dias et des organismes internationaux.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Votre pr\u00e9sence est la manifestation de votre engagement \u00e0 accompagner le processus \u00e9lectoral et d&rsquo;y participer&nbsp;\u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9, le pr\u00e9sident de la CENI, Denis Kadima, s\u2019adressant aux convives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a, \u00e0 cette occasion, solliciter l&rsquo;implication des parties prenantes au processus \u00e9lectoral dans la mobilisation de la population congolaise dans le pays et dans la diaspora.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denis Kadima a confirm\u00e9 que le processus \u00e9lectoral conna\u00eetra en d\u00e9cembre prochain, le lancement de la r\u00e9vision du fichier \u00e9lectoral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Conscient des contraintes auxquelles son institution fait face, le pr\u00e9sident de la CENI a indiqu\u00e9 que cet organe est d\u00e9cid\u00e9 \u00e0 tout mettre en \u0153uvre pour accomplir la mission l\u00e9gale qui lui est assign\u00e9e, celle d&rsquo;organiser, en toute ind\u00e9pendance et impartialit\u00e9, les scrutins libres, d\u00e9mocratiques et transparents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A propos des outils pour l\u2019op\u00e9rationnalisation du processus \u00e9lectoral, Denis Kadima a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 notamment la cartographie op\u00e9rationnelle qui a permis de dresser la cartographie des centres d&rsquo;inscription, ensuite l&rsquo;op\u00e9ration d&rsquo;identification et d&rsquo;enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs qui sera lanc\u00e9 au mois de d\u00e9cembre 2022.
