{"id":17387,"date":"2022-11-01T10:08:51","date_gmt":"2022-11-01T09:08:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=17387"},"modified":"2022-11-03T16:44:35","modified_gmt":"2022-11-03T15:44:35","slug":"une-centaine-de-jeunes-en-formation-sur-le-micro-entrepreneuriat-a-kinshasa%ef%bf%bc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=17387","title":{"rendered":"Une centaine de jeunes en formation sur le micro entrepreneuriat \u00e0 Kinshasa\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une centaine de jeunes de la ville de Kinshasa suivront une \u00a0formation de trois jours sur la gestion de micro entrepreneuriat \u00e0 la paroisse Notre Dame de Fatima dans la commune de la Gombe dont le coup d\u2019envoi a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 lundi par le pr\u00e9sident des Associations des mara\u00eech\u00e8res de Ngaliema (AMAN), Albert Kabuya .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette formation vise notamment \u00e0 outiller&nbsp; les jeunes en micro entrepreneuriat sur les principes des gestions d\u2019une micro entreprise, de renforcer leurs capacit\u00e9s en d\u00e9brouillardise dans l\u2019informel, sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019\u00e9pargne, dans la croissance d\u2019une activit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et la notion de l\u2019autonomisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;La situation politique et socio\u00e9conomique de la RDC a plong\u00e9 la population dans une mis\u00e8re &nbsp;profonde, \u00e0 tel point que beaucoup se sont plong\u00e9s dans le micro-entrepreneuriat section informelle afin d\u2019assurer l\u2019\u00e9ducation des enfants, la prise en charge m\u00e9dicale et autres besoins du foyer, sans aucune notion de base de gestion de micro entreprise&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;a fait remarquer le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019AMAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Intervenant \u00e0 cette occasion, l\u2019\u00e9conomiste Ngoma Lelo a planch\u00e9 &nbsp;sur&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;les principes de gestion d\u2019une micro entreprise&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;d\u00e9montrant aux participants comment g\u00e9rer le stock, entretenir la client\u00e8le et le lieu de &nbsp;vente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a fait la diff\u00e9rence entre l\u2019entreprise et le micro entrepreneur.<br>Selon lui, l\u2019entreprise est une entit\u00e9 de plusieurs associ\u00e9s, tandis que le micro entrepreneur est une seule personne qui fait tout pour atteindre son autonomie de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 couvrir le vide caus\u00e9 par le ch\u00f4mage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A en croire Lelo Ngoma , un jeune autonome se met \u00e0 l\u2019abri de certaines maladies telles que la tension et la gastrique, d\u2019autant plus qu\u2019il est cens\u00e9 se concentrer sur ses affaires en fonction de son cahier des charges pour connaitre les achats, les d\u00e9penses et autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Il n\u2019y a pas une petite affaire&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;a-t-il pr\u00e9cis\u00e9, avant de les exhorter \u00e0 mettre du s\u00e9rieux dans ce qu\u2019ils&nbsp; font.<br>Cette formation pr\u00e9vue du 31 octobre au 2 novembre prochain est appuy\u00e9e par la Fondation Hanns Seidel (FHS) &nbsp;et sera sanctionn\u00e9e par la remise des brevets&nbsp; aux participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACP<\/strong> <strong>via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 1\u00a0394<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Une centaine de jeunes de la ville de Kinshasa suivront une \u00a0formation de trois jours sur la gestion de micro entrepreneuriat \u00e0 la paroisse Notre Dame de Fatima dans la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":17390,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"content-type":"","_monsterinsights_skip_tracking":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_active":false,"_monsterinsights_sitenote_note":"","_monsterinsights_sitenote_category":0,"footnotes":""},"categories":[52],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-17387","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-entrepreneuriat"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO Premium plugin v25.4 (Yoast SEO v27.8) -
