Nous avons fait part de notre message, nous attendons les orientations de l\u2019autorit\u00e9. Et donc, nous voulions savoir, de sa bouche, quelles sont les orientations au niveau provinciale, nous en tant qu\u2019autorit\u00e9s coutumi\u00e8res que devrions-nous faire maintenant&nbsp;? vu que nos populations sont abandonn\u00e9es \u00e0 elles-m\u00eames&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jean-Baptiste Ndeze a \u00e9galement pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 que toute la chefferie de Bwisha est occup\u00e9e en commen\u00e7ant par Rugari, Kisigari, Bweza, Jomba, Bukoma, Binza en partie, et Busanza en partie aussi, donc toute l\u2019entit\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les chefs du groupement Kisigari (NDLR&nbsp;: l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a la base militaire de Rumangabo, le chef de groupement Bukoma (NDLR&nbsp;: l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il y a la cit\u00e9 de Kiwanja).
