{"id":17596,"date":"2022-11-03T12:57:11","date_gmt":"2022-11-03T11:57:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=17596"},"modified":"2022-11-07T15:47:53","modified_gmt":"2022-11-07T14:47:53","slug":"nord-kivu-6-jours-depuis-loccupation-dune-partie-du-territoire-de-rutshuru-par-le-m23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=17596","title":{"rendered":"Nord-Kivu : 6 jours depuis l\u2019occupation d\u2019une partie du territoire de Rutshuru par le M23"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Depuis six jours, un calme pr\u00e9caire s\u2019observe sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la zone occup\u00e9e par les rebelles du M23, dans la chefferie de Bwisha (Rutshuru).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon les sources de Radio Okapi dans la zone, quelques tirs ont \u00e9t\u00e9, n\u00e9anmoins, entendus, ce jeudi 3 novembre, aux alentours de la cit\u00e9 de Kiwanja, \u00e0 75 km de Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les rebelles maintiennent leurs positions le long de la route entre Mabenga, 20 kilom\u00e8tres au Nord de Kiwanja, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 Rugari, au Sud du territoire de Rutshuru, soit \u00e0 environ 40 km au Nord de la ville de Goma, attestent des sources locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, pr\u00e9cisent d\u2019autres sources, les rebelles ne se sont pas d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans tout le groupement de Binza, au nord-ouest de Rutshuru, o\u00f9 leur position avanc\u00e9e se trouve entre Nkwenda et Kiseguru, sur l\u2019axe Nyamilima-Ishasha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La situation est la m\u00eame dans le groupement de Busanza, o\u00f9 les rebelles occupent encore Kitagoma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces sources estiment que la r\u00e9sistance des groupes arm\u00e9s locaux dans cette zone bloquerait la progression du M23, notamment vers Nyamilima-Ishasha.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les habitants vivants dans cette zone occup\u00e9e par des rebelles d\u00e9plorent, cependant, cette accalmie qui, selon eux, \u00ab\u00a0donne plus de temps aux rebelles de s\u2019organiser, se renforcer et m\u00eame imposer leur administration parall\u00e8le dans le territoire de Rutshuru\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Radio OKAPI via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 436<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Depuis six jours, un calme pr\u00e9caire s\u2019observe sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la zone occup\u00e9e par les rebelles du M23, dans la chefferie de Bwisha (Rutshuru).
