Le minist\u00e8re de la Communication et des M\u00e9dias fait une mise au point contre les rumeurs propag\u00e9es autour du processus de rapatriement de Sonia Rolley<\/a>, journaliste de nationalit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise \u0153uvrant actuellement au sein de l\u2019Agence Reuters.<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9 rendu public le mercredi 9 novembre 2022, le minist\u00e8re de la Communication pr\u00e9cise que \u00ab la journaliste Sonia Rolley a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconduite dignement, suivant la proc\u00e9dure en la mati\u00e8re, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re \u00e0 destination de la France (Paris), le mardi 8 novembre 2022, par un vol r\u00e9gulier d\u2019Ethiopian Airlines \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab Il ressort de son dossier qu\u2019elle s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9e en conflit avec les textes l\u00e9gaux et r\u00e9glementaires r\u00e9gissant la Police des \u00e9trangers ; et donc, en situation de s\u00e9jour irr\u00e9gulier en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo. L\u2019analyse de la demande d\u2019accr\u00e9ditation formul\u00e9e par Reuters, effectu\u00e9e ant\u00e9rieurement par les diff\u00e9rents services comp\u00e9tents, n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 concluante. Cette d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9alablement signifi\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9e et notifi\u00e9e au m\u00e9dia requ\u00e9rant.<\/em> \u00bb, peut-on lire dans ce communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le minist\u00e8re de la Communication rappelle que \u00ab la comp\u00e9tence de faire observer le respect scrupuleux des r\u00e8gles et conditions d\u2019acc\u00e8s au s\u00e9jour de travail en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo par des \u00e9trangers, y compris les journalistes, rel\u00e8ve pleinement des services habilit\u00e9s qui font leur travail en toute ind\u00e9pendance et professionnalisme \u00bb<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
