Ils peuvent m\u00eame choisir de cr\u00e9er une nouvelle souverainet\u00e9 \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Herlan Cohen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9claration de l\u2019ancien diplomate de l\u2019administration Bush intervient alors que le Gouvernement congolais parlait d\u2019une probable pr\u00e9sence des rebelles \u00e0 Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uhuru Kenyata, d\u00e9sign\u00e9 facilitateur du processus de Nairobi par la Communaut\u00e9 d\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est (EAC), a effectu\u00e9 une descente dans la ville de Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le facilitateur appelle les groupes arm\u00e9s actifs dans l\u2019Est R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo \u00e0 \u00ab d\u00e9poser les armes \u00bb.
