{"id":18829,"date":"2022-11-17T12:10:12","date_gmt":"2022-11-17T11:10:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=18829"},"modified":"2022-11-22T09:50:53","modified_gmt":"2022-11-22T08:50:53","slug":"nomination-des-mandataires-acaj-constate-une-violation-de-la-constitution-et-des-regles-de-legalite-de-chance","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=18829","title":{"rendered":"Nomination des mandataires : ACAJ constate une violation de la constitution et des r\u00e8gles de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de chance"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>L\u2019association congolaise pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice (ACAJ) est revenue sur les r\u00e9centes nominations des diff\u00e9rents mandataires publics des entreprises du portefeuille de l\u2019Etat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette association d\u2019appui \u00e0 la d\u00e9mocratie dit constater une violation des articles de la constitution lors des r\u00e9centes nominations. Ce constat de l&rsquo;ONG fait suite aux r\u00e9centes nominations des mandataires par le Chef de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat qui viole le principe de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de chance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab L\u2019ACAJ constate que les nominations des mandataires publics se font toujours en violation des articles 12,13, 36, 58 et 193 de la Constitution, et en particulier du principe de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 de chance qui assure un acc\u00e8s \u00e9quitable aux emplois publics \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Me Georges Kapiamba, coordonnateur de l\u2019ACAJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces nouvelles nominations dans les \u00e9tablissements publics, viennent s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 celles qui ont eu lieu le 3 septembre dernier, des nominations dans lesquelles de nouveaux mandataires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9s dans les \u00e9tablissements \u00e9tatiques telsque l\u2019Office congolaise de contr\u00f4le (OCC), l\u2019Agence congolaise de presse (ACP) ainsi que l\u2019Office de gestion du fret multimodal (OGEFREM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Joe Kazumba<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 385<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019association congolaise pour l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la justice (ACAJ) est revenue sur les r\u00e9centes nominations des diff\u00e9rents mandataires publics des entreprises du portefeuille de l\u2019Etat.
