Tshimanga : le Tribunal rejette la requ\u00eate des avocats sur l\u2019exception d\u2019incomp\u00e9tence"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Tribunal de paix de Kinshasa\/Gombe, rejette la requ\u00eate des avocats de Vidiye Tshimanga, ancien conseiller du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, en charge des questions strat\u00e9giques, qui ont soulev\u00e9 une exception demandant au Tribunal de se d\u00e9clarer incomp\u00e9tent dans le proc\u00e8s oppose leur client au minist\u00e8re public.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans sa d\u00e9cision rendue ce jeudi 24 novembre 2022, le tribunal fixe donc le d\u00e9but de l\u2019instruction le 5 d\u00e9cembre prochain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notons que Vidiye Tshimanga est poursuivi pour corruption, trafic d\u2019influence et offense au chef de l\u2019\u00c9tat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ses avocats ont avanc\u00e9 cinq (5) moyens notamment le principe de la territorialit\u00e9.
