En RDC, la CENI a publi\u00e9 le week-end dernier le calendrier pour les \u00e9lections de 2023. Les grandes dates \u00e0 retenir\u00a0: la pr\u00e9sidentielle est pr\u00e9vue le 20 d\u00e9cembre 2023<\/a>. Le 12 mars 2024 devra avoir lieu l\u2019\u00e9lection des gouverneurs pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e le 24 f\u00e9vrier par celle des s\u00e9nateurs, tandis que les conseillers urbains et les bourgmestres devront \u00eatre connus et install\u00e9s le 30 mars 2024. La classe politique a diversement r\u00e9agi \u00e0 la publication de ce calendrier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour l\u2019UDPS-Tshisekedi, la publication de ce calendrier \u00e9lectoral est un signal qui rassure. Pour le pr\u00e9sident de la commission \u00e9lectorale de ce parti, Jacquemin Shabani, \u00ab c’est vrai que, devant nous, il y a encore des difficult\u00e9s, mais je crois que ce calendrier rassure. Le gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique continue aussi \u00e0 rassurer et qu’il va prendre ses responsabilit\u00e9s. On esp\u00e8re que les questions s\u00e9curitaires vont se r\u00e9soudre avant ces grandes op\u00e9rations. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Calendrier irr\u00e9alisable<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Nouvel \u00e9lan, le parti politique de l\u2019ancien Premier ministre Adolphe Muzito, parle d\u2019un calendrier irr\u00e9alisable et accuse la C\u00e9ni de planifier une fraude. Pour le porte-parole de Nouvel \u00e9lan, Albert Mukulubundu, \u00ab\u00a0le bureau de la C\u00e9ni, compos\u00e9 des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s de l’Union sacr\u00e9e et du FCC, est en train de planifier une vaste tricherie en se r\u00e9partissant des d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s dans des circonscriptions \u00e9lectorales de toutes les provinces de la RDC, avec la complicit\u00e9 du gouvernement central, en vue d’organiser des op\u00e9rations d’enr\u00f4lement.\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cinq millions de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

L\u2019identification et l\u2019enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs qui durera trois mois selon la commission \u00e9lectorale devrait commencer \u00e0 partir de fin d\u00e9cembre 2022, alors que le pays compte pr\u00e8s de cinq\u00a0millions de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
