{"id":21248,"date":"2022-12-09T09:04:21","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T08:04:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21248"},"modified":"2022-12-15T09:45:33","modified_gmt":"2022-12-15T08:45:33","slug":"seules-4-federations-sportives-seront-prises-en-charge-par-letat-en-2023-selon-le-ministre-des-finances","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21248","title":{"rendered":"Seules 4 f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives seront prises en charge par l\u2019\u00c9tat en 2023, selon le Ministre des Finances"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) ne prendrait en charge que quatre (4) f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives dans son budget de l\u2019exercice 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une lettre adress\u00e9e \u00e0 son coll\u00e8gue des Sports et Loisirs, Serge Nkonde, le Ministre congolais des Finances, Nicolas Kazadi, demande \u00e0 ce dernier (Serge Chembo Nkonde) d\u2019identifier et lui transmettre les noms de quatre f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives pouvant b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des subventions du tr\u00e9sor public en 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab J\u2019ai l\u2019honneur de vous saisir par la pr\u00e9sente afin de vous demander de bien vouloir identifier et d\u00e9terminer un nombre limit\u00e9 des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives (maximum 4) qui pourront b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des subventions du tr\u00e9sor public \u00bb, peut-on lire dans la correspondance du Ministre des Finances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le m\u00eame courrier, Nicolas Kazadi informe son coll\u00e8gue des Sports et Loisirs qu\u2019\u00e0 dater du mois de janvier 2023, les primes des membres des f\u00e9d\u00e9rations devraient \u00eatre standardis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nous allons standardiser le montant des primes allou\u00e9es aux membres desdites f\u00e9d\u00e9rations et que ceux-ci devraient \u00eatre bancaris\u00e9s pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des paiements du tr\u00e9sor \u00bb, a-t-il \u00e9crit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, l\u2019argentier national demande \u00e0 Serge Nkonde de bien vouloir voir dans quelle mesure ces dispositions peuvent \u00eatre prises dans le plus bref d\u00e9lai \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que toute demande de paiement qui ne remplira pas ces conditions sera rejet\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) compte un nombre consid\u00e9rable de f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si certaines d\u2019entre elles b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des subventions du Gouvernement congolais, d\u2019autres sont toujours orphelines jusqu\u2019\u00e0 preuve du contraire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mitterrand MASAMUNA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Zooemeco via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 269<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Gouvernement de la R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) ne prendrait en charge que quatre (4) f\u00e9d\u00e9rations sportives dans son budget de l\u2019exercice 2023.
