{"id":21454,"date":"2022-12-11T02:27:17","date_gmt":"2022-12-11T01:27:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21454"},"modified":"2022-12-15T09:50:07","modified_gmt":"2022-12-15T08:50:07","slug":"la-grande-bretagne-critiquee-pour-son-silence-sur-lappui-du-rwanda-au-m23","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21454","title":{"rendered":"La Grande-Bretagne critiqu\u00e9e pour son silence sur l\u2019appui du Rwanda au M23"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le chef de la diplomatie est tr\u00e8s particuli\u00e8rement point\u00e9 du doigt pour avoir refus\u00e9 de critiquer le soutien du Rwanda au M23 et donc le r\u00f4le de Kigali dans les r\u00e9cents massacres perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019est de la RDC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une interview accord\u00e9e au&nbsp;quotidien londonien Telegraph, James Cleverly (photo), <em>\u00ab&nbsp;le ministre a refus\u00e9 \u00e0 3 reprises de dire si Kigali soutenait, finan\u00e7ait ou armait la milice du M23&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, alors que notamment les USA et les experts de l\u2019ONU ont tous li\u00e9 le Rwanda au groupe arm\u00e9, qui \u00ab&nbsp;<em>m\u00e8ne une campagne de meurtres, de viols, d&rsquo;enl\u00e8vements et de pillages en RDC&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/global-health\/terror-and-security\/foreign-minister-criticised-silence-rwandan-rebels-behind-massacre\/\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Critiques de l\u2019opposition&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab <em>Le silence du ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res \u00e0 ce sujet est troublant et soul\u00e8ve de s\u00e9rieuses questions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Il serait honteux que l&rsquo;accord du gouvernement sur les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s, contraire \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9thique, irr\u00e9alisable et exorbitant, signifie que le ministre des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res ne se sente pas en mesure de condamner le soutien \u00e0 un groupe sanctionn\u00e9 qui a ex\u00e9cut\u00e9 des civils \u00bb<\/em>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le secr\u00e9taire aux Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res du shadow cabinet (opposition travailliste), David Lammy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour qui la Grande-Bretagne \u00ab&nbsp;<em>devrait indiquer clairement que toute aide rwandaise au M23 doit cesser&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le ministre d\u00e9ment cependant tout lien entre la politique migratoire du gouvernement conservateur au Rwanda et son silence sur le r\u00f4le de Kigali dans les horreurs de l&rsquo;est de la RD Congo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il affirme que ce que son pays cherche \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, \u00ab&nbsp;<em>c&rsquo;est la paix dans l&rsquo;est de la RDC et nous agirons de la mani\u00e8re que nous estimons la plus susceptible de favoriser la paix&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">James Cleverly dit avoir parl\u00e9 aux pr\u00e9sidents des deux pays pour encourager des pourparlers de paix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A New-York, la cheffe de la Monusco a appell\u00e9, vendredi 9 d\u00e9cembre, le Conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;condamner fermement&nbsp;\u00bb les crimes commis en RDC par la r\u00e9bellion du M23.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>Une enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9liminaire de l\u2019ONU a pu confirmer qu&rsquo;entre le 28 et le 30 novembre \u00e0 Kishishe et Bambi (Nord-Kivu), au moins 131 civils dont 102 hommes, 17 femmes et 12 enfants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9s par des combattants du M23\u2026 Les combattants du M23 ont viol\u00e9 au moins 22 femmes dont une a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9e apr\u00e8s le viol et 5 filles.
