{"id":21829,"date":"2022-12-14T10:09:06","date_gmt":"2022-12-14T09:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21829"},"modified":"2022-12-15T09:54:31","modified_gmt":"2022-12-15T08:54:31","slug":"soudan-lemirati-ad-ports-sassocie-a-invictus-investment-pour-construire-un-port-de-6-milliards-sur-la-mer-rouge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=21829","title":{"rendered":"Soudan\u00a0: l\u2019\u00e9mirati AD Ports s\u2019associe \u00e0 Invictus Investment pour construire un port de 6 milliards\u00a0$ sur la mer Rouge"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Le projet comprendra une zone industrielle, un a\u00e9roport international et une zone agricole couvrant environ 167&nbsp;000 hectares. 35% de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9fices nets devraient revenir \u00e0 l\u2019Etat soudanais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Soudan a sign\u00e9, mardi 13 d\u00e9cembre, un accord de 6 milliards&nbsp;$ avec un consortium compos\u00e9 de l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur portuaire \u00e9mirati AD Ports et du groupe local Invictus Investment pour le d\u00e9veloppement et l\u2019exploitation d&rsquo;un nouveau port et d&rsquo;une zone \u00e9conomique sur la mer Rouge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce projet gigantesque, dont le co\u00fbt est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 environ 6 milliards&nbsp;$, donnera un puissant coup de pouce \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie nationale et apportera d&rsquo;innombrables b\u00e9n\u00e9fices \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du pays<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Gibril Ibrahim, le ministre soudanais des Finances lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de signature, indiquant que l\u2019Etat soudanais&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;<em>aura droit \u00e0 35% des b\u00e9n\u00e9fices nets du projet<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le port d&rsquo;Abou Amama sera construit \u00e0 environ 200 km au nord de celui de Port-Soudan. Il comprendra une zone industrielle, un a\u00e9roport international et une zone agricole couvrant plus de 415&nbsp;000 acres (environ 167&nbsp;000 hectares).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une route de 450 km de long reliera le port d&rsquo;Abu Amama \u00e0 la zone agricole d&rsquo;Abu Hamad dans l&rsquo;\u00c9tat soudanais du Nil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AD Ports est d\u00e9tenue majoritairement par le holding ADQ.
