Le retrait des rebelles du M23 de Rumangabo et de Kishishe n’est toujours pas effectif alors qu’annonc\u00e9 pour ce jeudi 5 janvier 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Une mission officielle est pr\u00e9vue vendredi 6 janvier \u00e0 Rumangabo afin de se rendre compte du retrait effectif ou non effectif des rebelles, a indiqu\u00e9 un officier de l’EAC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ceci constitue donc un second retrait annonc\u00e9 et qui soit non effectif. Malgr\u00e9 la pr\u00e9sence de la force r\u00e9gionale d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 dans la zone de Kibumba, les rebelles sont encore dans plusieurs endroits dans les groupements de Buhumba et de Kibumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alors que le M23 est presumement d\u00e9termin\u00e9 \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre les r\u00e9solutions de Luanda , son retrait de village par village ,reste contraire \u00e0 l’accord du mini sommet de Luanda .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Par ailleurs, le major Manyoni Nyakundi,porte parole de la force de l’EAC indique que cette c\u00e9r\u00e9monie envisag\u00e9e pour jeudi aura lieu ce vendredi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
