{"id":25186,"date":"2023-01-11T12:11:33","date_gmt":"2023-01-11T11:11:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=25186"},"modified":"2023-01-13T15:53:38","modified_gmt":"2023-01-13T14:53:38","slug":"algerie-un-mineur-tue-lors-dune-operation-antidrogue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=25186","title":{"rendered":"Alg\u00e9rie : un mineur tu\u00e9 lors d&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration antidrogue"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un mineur a \u00e9t\u00e9 tu\u00e9 mardi lors d&rsquo;une op\u00e9ration antidrogue dans la banlieue d&rsquo;Alger par&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0un tir de sommation\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;d&rsquo;un policier, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate ordonn\u00e9e par le parquet, ont indiqu\u00e9 les autorit\u00e9s.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les policiers&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0ont \u00e9t\u00e9 surpris\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;par des jeunes qui voulaient&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0entraver une perquisition\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;\u00e0 Baraki, dans la banlieue d&rsquo;Alger, et l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;eux a effectu\u00e9 un&nbsp;<strong>tir de sommation<\/strong>, touchant un jeune gar\u00e7on qui a succomb\u00e9 \u00e0 ses blessures \u00e0 l&rsquo;h\u00f4pital, selon un communiqu\u00e9 de la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la police nationale (DGSN) publi\u00e9 sur sa page Facebook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La DGSN pr\u00e9cise que le policier a \u00e9t\u00e9&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0plac\u00e9 en garde \u00e0 vue, son arme soumise \u00e0 une expertise balistique et une enqu\u00eate ouverte par le parquet d&rsquo;El Harrach\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, dont fait partie le quartier&nbsp;<strong>Baraki<\/strong>.&nbsp;Le procureur du tribunal d&rsquo;<strong>El Harrach<\/strong>&nbsp;a en outre ordonn\u00e9 l&rsquo;autopsie de la victime qui \u00e9tait&nbsp;<em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00e2g\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 16 ans\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, selon le parquet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Perquisition<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La DGSN souligne que la&nbsp;<strong>perquisition<\/strong>&nbsp;a permis de saisir pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un millier de&nbsp;<strong>cachets de psychotropes<\/strong>, une quantit\u00e9 non pr\u00e9cis\u00e9e de&nbsp;<strong>drogues<\/strong>&nbsp;et l&rsquo;arrestation de deux individus.&nbsp;Les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 annoncent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des arrestations et la saisie de quantit\u00e9s importantes de drogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans une d\u00e9claration r\u00e9cente \u00e0 la presse, la directrice de la pr\u00e9vention au niveau de l&rsquo;Office national de lutte contre la drogue et la toxicomanie (ONLCDT),\u00a0<strong>Ghania Mokdache<\/strong>\u00a0a annonc\u00e9 une augmentation de plus de 200% de la\u00a0<strong>consommation de la coca\u00efne<\/strong>\u00a0et de 100% pour les autres drogues durant les dix premiers mois de 2022 compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode en 2021.
