{"id":25501,"date":"2023-01-13T09:36:51","date_gmt":"2023-01-13T08:36:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=25501"},"modified":"2023-01-18T12:23:07","modified_gmt":"2023-01-18T11:23:07","slug":"sud-kivu-hausse-de-prix-du-carburant-a-shabunda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=25501","title":{"rendered":"Sud-Kivu : hausse de prix du carburant \u00e0 Shabunda"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un litre d\u2019essence se n\u00e9gocie, depuis quelques jours, \u00e0 7 000 francs congolais au lieu de 6 000 francs congolais comme d\u2019habitude, \u00e0 Shabunda-centre (Sud-Kivu).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors qu\u2019\u00e0 Lulingu, a environ 100 KM, de Shabunda-centre, le litre d\u2019essence se vend \u00e0 20 000 francs congolais, soit 10 USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile locale explique cette mont\u00e9e des prix par l\u2019absence de routes dont la plupart sont dans un \u00e9tat de d\u00e9labrement avanc\u00e9, ce qui rend le territoire, compl\u00e8tement enclav\u00e9. L\u2019approvisionnement en carburant se fait par motos et v\u00e9los \u00e0 partir de la province voisine du Maniema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une autre cause de cette mont\u00e9e du prix du carburant serait selon nos sources, le refus des compagnies d\u2019aviation de transporter du carburant de Bukavu \u00e0 Shabunda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019o\u00f9 cet appel de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile aux autorit\u00e9s nationales et provinciales de songer \u00e0 relier Shabunda \u00e0 Bukavu par route, ne serait-ce qu\u2019une route en terre battue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile de Shabunda lance un cri d\u2019alarme et demande aux autorit\u00e9s de s\u2019impliquer afin de trouver une solution palliative \u00e0 cette situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon des sources sur place, cette hausse de prix de carburant influe d\u00e9j\u00e0 sur le prix de la course \u00e0 moto entre Lulingu et&nbsp;Tchonka, une distance de 8 kilom\u00e8tres qui se n\u00e9gocie \u00e0 10 000 francs congolais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nos sources ajoutent que cette mont\u00e9e vertigineuse du prix du carburant perturbe les \u00e9changes \u00e9conomiques et il y a risque que les prix des produits de premi\u00e8re n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 puissent prendre r\u00e9ellement de l\u2019ascenseur dans cette contr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>RADIO OKAPI via CONGO PUB Online <\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 344<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un litre d\u2019essence se n\u00e9gocie, depuis quelques jours, \u00e0 7 000 francs congolais au lieu de 6 000 francs congolais comme d\u2019habitude, \u00e0 Shabunda-centre (Sud-Kivu).
