{"id":26568,"date":"2023-01-24T14:03:54","date_gmt":"2023-01-24T13:03:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=26568"},"modified":"2023-01-25T14:43:15","modified_gmt":"2023-01-25T13:43:15","slug":"processus-electoral-les-personnes-vivant-avec-handicap-de-kindu-reclament-leur-integration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=26568","title":{"rendered":"Processus \u00e9lectoral : les personnes vivant avec handicap de Kindu r\u00e9clament leur int\u00e9gration"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dans un m\u00e9mo adress\u00e9 le lundi 23 Janvier au secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif de la CENI \u00c9mile Dimoke Tambwe, \u00e0 Kindu dans la province de Maniema, les personnes vivant avec handicap r\u00e9clament leur participation au processus \u00e9lectoral.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A cet effet, les personnes vivant avec handicap ont propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la CENI de leur consacrer une journ\u00e9e pour leur enr\u00f4lement et cela, sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019occasion faisant larron, ils ont \u00e9galement pos\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me de leur repr\u00e9sentativit\u00e9 au sein de la CENI, car d\u2019apr\u00e8s eux, aucune personne handicap\u00e9e n\u2019est membre ni dans la ville comme \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la province, a soulev\u00e9 l\u2019un d\u2019eux, en la personne de Kanamuli Kita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab S\u2019agissant de l\u2019enr\u00f4lement des \u00e9lecteurs, nous lui avons pos\u00e9 la question quelle \u00e9tait la place de la personne vivant avec handicap et autres personnes vuln\u00e9rables ? quelle est la cartographie ? Nous nous sommes bas\u00e9s surtout sur l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des personnes vivant avec handicap dans les centres d\u2019identification et d\u2019enr\u00f4lement. Nous avons aussi pos\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me des interpr\u00e8tes des sourds. Comment est-ce que les sourds seront accompagn\u00e9s dans les diff\u00e9rents centres, pourquoi pas les aveugles ? Nous avons aussi pos\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me du niveau des agents, est ce que les agents sont outill\u00e9s ? Parce qu\u2019il y a une fiche qui a pris en compte la donne du handicap \u00e0 la CENI. Est-ce que tous les agents de la CENI sont outill\u00e9s sur \u00e7a ? \u00bb, a-t-il laiss\u00e9 entendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">D\u2019o\u00f9, le secr\u00e9taire ex\u00e9cutif provincial de la CENI a pris l\u2019engagement de les accompagner dans la sensibilisation sur le processus \u00e9lectoral et surtout pour leur participation active lors de ce processus
