{"id":26813,"date":"2023-01-26T11:38:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-26T10:38:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=26813"},"modified":"2023-01-27T11:47:28","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T10:47:28","slug":"rdc-le-hcr-sollicite-233-millions-usd-pour-des-deplaces-internes-en-2023","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=26813","title":{"rendered":"<strong>RDC\u00a0: le HCR sollicite 233 millions USD pour des d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes en 2023<\/strong>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Kinshasa, 25 Janvier 2023 (ACP).-&nbsp;<\/strong>Deux cent trente-trois (233) millions USD sont sollicit\u00e9s pour les interventions &nbsp;en faveur des d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes et de plus d\u2019un demi-million de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s en 2023, en R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC), par le Haut commissariat des Nations-Unies pour les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s (HCR), a appris mardi l\u2019ACP de cette agence onusienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Pour 2023, le HCR a besoin de 233 millions de dollars pour venir en aide aux d\u00e9plac\u00e9s internes et aux r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s en RDC<\/em>\u00bb, note un extrait du communiqu\u00e9 de cette agence onusienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;<em>L\u2019objectif est de permettre aux d\u00e9plac\u00e9s d\u2019am\u00e9nager des abris d\u2019urgence nouvellement construits sur le site de Buchagara, pr\u00e8s de Goma, dans le Nord-Kivu<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, poursuit la source.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le HCR insiste, par ailleurs, sur le fait que les acteurs humanitaires et les civils ne doivent pas \u00eatre pris pour cible dans le cadre de conflits arm\u00e9s et appelle toutes les parties \u00e0 respecter le caract\u00e8re civil et humanitaire des sites de d\u00e9plac\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Plus de 5,6 millions de personnes sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es en RDC, ce qui en fait la plus grande population d\u00e9plac\u00e9e du continent africain et l\u2019une des plus importantes au monde.
