{"id":27241,"date":"2023-01-30T13:39:34","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T12:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=27241"},"modified":"2023-02-20T14:46:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T13:46:57","slug":"exclusif-que-peut-on-attendre-de-larrivee-du-pape-en-rdc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=27241","title":{"rendered":"Exclusif : Que peut-on attendre de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Pape en RDC ?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>La question de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Pape Fran\u00e7ois en R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo est sur toutes les l\u00e8vres des congolais.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce sujet fait parler de lui plus que m\u00eame l\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 dans l\u2019Est du pays o\u00f9 les rebelles du M23 seraient d\u00e9termin\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019emparer de la strat\u00e9gique ville de Goma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps, les \u00e9nergies, les moyens sont orient\u00e9s vers les pr\u00e9paratifs de l\u2019accueil du Pape Fran\u00e7ois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En effet, le pouvoir de Kinshasa poursuit plusieurs enjeux \u00e0 la fois avec l\u2019arriv\u00e9e prochaine du Pape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Englu\u00e9 dans une crise s\u00e9curitaire dans la partie Est du pays , Kinshasa attend obtenir du Pape la condamnation ferme voire des sanctions contre l\u2019agresseur qu\u2019est le Rwanda de Paul Kagame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A cet effet, le pouvoir en place devrait mettre \u00e0 contribution la question de coh\u00e9sion nationale pour y arriver \u00e0 cette fin. Il s\u2019agira beaucoup plus pour toutes les forces vives du pays( majorit\u00e9 comme opposition) d\u2019avoir un m\u00eame langage en poursuivant les m\u00eames objectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Pape en RDC marquera exactement le point culminant de la diplomatie de F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi pour permettre \u00e0 la RDC de sortir de l\u2019isolement diplomatique en s\u2019ouvrant au monde ext\u00e9rieur. Il importe \u00e0 ce niveau l\u00e0 de bien jouer les cartes qui seront sur table et surtout de les utiliser \u00e0 notre avantage. Tout d\u00e9pend de ce qu\u2019on a en aura fait, car la tentation est forte dans la mesure o\u00f9 le Pape Fran\u00e7ois risque de s\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la longue liste des personnalit\u00e9s mondiales ayant foul\u00e9 le sol de la RDC sous Tshisekedi et dont la suite ( l\u2019apr\u00e8s visite) a \u00e9t\u00e9 la m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019autre aspect de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e du Pape dont peut tirer profit la RDC est dans le domaine de l\u2019am\u00e9lioration des conditions de vie du peuple congolais. \u00abSa pr\u00e9sence doit interpeller les dirigeants congolais \u00e0 faire les choses autrement, \u00e0 penser aux pauvres\u00bb, pense la S\u00e9natrice Francine Muyumba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plupart des acteurs politiques de l\u2019opposition ne sont pas d\u2019accord avec la politisation de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de sa Saintet\u00e9 le Pape. Ils peuvent avoir raison dans une certaine mesure, mais ils ignorent que l\u2019\u00e9glise catholique romaine est activement politique depuis belle lurette.
