{"id":27313,"date":"2023-01-30T16:29:43","date_gmt":"2023-01-30T15:29:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=27313"},"modified":"2023-02-20T14:51:57","modified_gmt":"2023-02-20T13:51:57","slug":"rdc-le-gouvernement-annonce-la-creation-du-fonds-de-promotion-de-la-sante","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=27313","title":{"rendered":"RDC : le Gouvernement annonce la cr\u00e9ation du Fonds de promotion de la Sant\u00e9"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le Gouvernement de R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) a annonc\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Fonds de promotion de la Sant\u00e9.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le projet d\u2019ordonnance y relatif a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9 au Conseil des Ministres de vendredi 27 janvier 2023, Projet d\u2019Ordonnance-Loi modifiant et compl\u00e9tant la Loi N\u00b018-035 du 13 d\u00e9cembre 2018 fixant les principes fondamentaux relatifs \u00e0 l\u2019organisation de la Sant\u00e9 publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le texte adopt\u00e9 garantit \u00e0 toute personne r\u00e9sidant sur le territoire national les services et soins de sant\u00e9 de qualit\u00e9 sans difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour y parvenir, le texte cr\u00e9e un \u00e9tablissement public d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 \u00abFonds de Promotion de la Sant\u00e9\u00bb pour soutenir le syst\u00e8me national de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les experts du secteur soutiennent que pour financer le paquet de soins en RDC, l\u2019Etat doit d\u00e9bourser au moins 4 milliards de dollars am\u00e9ricains par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019\u00e9tablissement public cr\u00e9\u00e9 a pour entre autres missions d\u2019offrir au public du cr\u00e9dit pour assurer un syst\u00e8me de couverture sant\u00e9 universelle fond\u00e9 sur les principes d\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, d\u2019assurance qualit\u00e9 des soins, de protection financi\u00e8re pour tous et de solidarit\u00e9 nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Fonds de Promotion de la Sant\u00e9 disposera d\u2019une autonomie de gestion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Olivier KAFORO<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ZOOM ECO via CONGO PUB Online<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class='epvc-post-count'><span class='epvc-eye'><\/span>  <span class=\"epvc-count\"> 472<\/span><span class='epvc-label'> Vues<\/span><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le Gouvernement de R\u00e9publique D\u00e9mocratique du Congo (RDC) a annonc\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un Fonds de promotion de la Sant\u00e9.
