congolais de trois g\u00e9n\u00e9raux rwandais membres de l\u2019\u00e9tat-major de la force r\u00e9gionale install\u00e9 \u00e0 Goma au Nord-Kivu.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&nbsp;La Communaut\u00e9 de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est a appris avec \u00ab inqui\u00e9tude \u00bb le 30 janvier 2023, l\u2019expulsion de 3 officiers d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par le Rwanda au quartier g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la Force r\u00e9gionale de la Communaut\u00e9 de l\u2019Afrique de l\u2019Est \u00e0 Goma vers le Rwanda&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il indiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il a rappel\u00e9 au ministre congolais des Affaires \u00e9trang\u00e8res Christophe Lutundula, que le d\u00e9ploiement des officiers au QG de la Force r\u00e9gionale de l\u2019EAC \u00e0 Goma pour appuyer le Centre de commandement r\u00e9gional, \u00e9tait une d\u00e9cision des chefs d\u2019\u00c9tat lors de leur r\u00e9union sur le processus de paix dans l\u2019Est de la RDC tenue le en marge de la COP 27 le 7 novembre 2022 \u00e0 Sharm El Sheik en Egypte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notons que, la RDC a conclu le 8 septembre 2022, un accord sur le statut des forces (SOFA) avec la Communaut\u00e9 de l\u2019Afrique de
