Les normes urbanistiques doivent \u00eatre respect\u00e9es. A voir le spectacle en temps de pluie, il y a lieu d\u2019encourager le travail des autorit\u00e9s urbaines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reste qu\u2019au finish, le souci des kinois est de voir la capitale de la RDC, se d\u00e9barrasser de son \u00e9toffe de la ville la plus sale du monde.
