Le parti d’inspiration islamiste Ennahdha a annonc\u00e9 lundi que son chef Rached Ghannouchi \u00e9tait vis\u00e9 par une nouvelle enqu\u00eate de police, dans la foul\u00e9e d’une s\u00e9rie d’arrestations dans les milieux politiques.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ghannouchi, 81 ans, a \u00e9t\u00e9 convoqu\u00e9 pour se pr\u00e9senter mardi au poste de police de l’Aouina, en banlieue nord de Tunis, a indiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse le porte-parole d’Ennahdha Imed Khemiri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0Il s’agit d’une nouvelle tentative de cibler les dirigeants politiques dans le pays\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il d\u00e9plor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le parti \u00ab\u00a0ne connait pas clairement les motivations de cette nouvelle convocation mais elle fait suite \u00e0 une enqu\u00eate ouverte apr\u00e8s une plainte d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par une personne inconnue\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00ab\u00a0On ne sait pas si cette fois il s’agira de complot contre la s\u00fbret\u00e9 de l’Etat, ou corruption financi\u00e8re ou encore de terrorisme\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a pour sa part ironis\u00e9 Zeineb Brahmi, responsable juridique d’Ennahdha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un cadre du parti, parlant sous couvert de l’anonymat, a affirm\u00e9 \u00e0 l’AFP que la plainte en question avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9pos\u00e9e par \u00ab\u00a0un membre d’un syndicat de la police pr\u00e9tendant avoir un enregistrement t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique de M. Ghannouchi\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Ghannouchi, qui dirigeait le Parlement dissous en juillet 2021 par M. Saied, avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 entendu en novembre 2022<\/strong> par un juge du p\u00f4le judiciaire antiterroriste pour une affaire en lien avec l’envoi pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 de jihadistes en Syrie et en Irak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il avait aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 interrog\u00e9 en juillet pour des soup\u00e7ons de corruption et blanchiment d’argent<\/strong> li\u00e9s \u00e0 des transferts depuis l’\u00e9tranger vers une organisation caritative affili\u00e9e \u00e0 Ennahdha.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La convocation des politiciens \u00ab\u00a0est devenue tr\u00e8s facile puisqu’il suffit qu’une plainte soit d\u00e9pos\u00e9e pour que la police ouvre des enqu\u00eates sans la moindre v\u00e9rification du contenu\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a estim\u00e9 M. Khemiri, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant un \u00ab\u00a0harc\u00e8lement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> et \u00ab\u00a0une politique de vengeance\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \u00e0 l’encontre de M. Ghannouchi et des opposants politiques de M. Saied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au moins dix personnalit\u00e9s,<\/strong> pour la plupart des opposants appartenant au mouvement Ennahdha et ses alli\u00e9s, mais aussi le directeur d’une grande radio priv\u00e9e et un tr\u00e8s influent homme d’affaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s depuis d\u00e9but f\u00e9vrier lors d’un coup de filet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces arrestations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9nonc\u00e9es par la centrale syndicale UGTT et plusieurs ONG locales et internationales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M. Saied concentre tous les pouvoirs depuis 18 mois et a r\u00e9vis\u00e9 la Constitution pour instaurer un syst\u00e8me ultra-pr\u00e9sidentialiste aux d\u00e9pens du Parlement qui ne dispose plus de r\u00e9els pouvoirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
