{"id":29502,"date":"2023-02-22T03:04:52","date_gmt":"2023-02-22T02:04:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=29502"},"modified":"2023-03-06T13:49:19","modified_gmt":"2023-03-06T12:49:19","slug":"aucune-penurie-dessence-ne-sera-enregistree-a-kinshasa-selon-didier-budimbu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/congopubonline.com\/?p=29502","title":{"rendered":"Aucune p\u00e9nurie d\u2019essence ne sera enregistr\u00e9e \u00e0 Kinshasa, selon Didier Budimbu"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aucune p\u00e9nurie d\u2019essence ou de gasoil ne sera enregistr\u00e9e sur toute l\u2019\u00e9tendue de la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo, a affirm\u00e9 mardi, le ministre des Hydrocarbures Didier Budimbu dans un communiqu\u00e9 parvenu le m\u00eame jour \u00e0 l\u2019ACP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Il n\u2019y a aucune p\u00e9nurie d\u2019essence ou de gasoil mais par contre, il s\u2019observe cependant un ralentissement de la mont\u00e9e des barges de gasoil pour Ango-Ango, suite aux travaux de la &nbsp;Congolaise des voies maritime (CVM) sur le fleuve Congo \u00bb,<\/em> a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un plan a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place pour ne pas tomber dans la raret\u00e9 des produits p\u00e9troliers dans la capitale, a-t-il dit, ajoutant que c\u2019est la raison pour laquelle, le minist\u00e8re des Hydrocarbures a mis en place un plan de contingentement en r\u00e9duisant la quantit\u00e9 servie au niveau des stations-service, le temps que le produit parvienne \u00e0 Kinshasa, afin de pr\u00e9venir une p\u00e9nurie s\u00e8che en carburant diesel, a fait savoir le ministre Didier Budimbi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour lui, c\u2019est en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 une communication faite \u00e0 la presse locale le m\u00eame jour par le pr\u00e9sident des op\u00e9rateurs p\u00e9troliers priv\u00e9s, demandant au gouvernement congolais de payer le manque \u00e0 gagner estim\u00e9 \u00e0 une valeur des 12 millions USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Une dette que le gouvernement doit aux p\u00e9troliers depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 deux ans \u00bb.
